Important Information Before You Apply:
1. There is a 3 hour requirement of community service each month in order to stay in key club. If you don't fulfill these requirements, you will be on probation and must make up these hours the next month.

2. You must pay your dues which are $13 one time to be a member of the Forest Hills High School Key Club.​
